Key Holding and Alarm Response is a simple and cost-effective security solution for companies wishing to secure their premises during out of office hours.
The benefit of the service is that it removes the need for any staff to respond to an intruder alert, fire or security alarm activation during the night, giving you peace of mind that your site is in safe hands. You can also provide us access to your site through our key holding service to respond to any issues while you may be abroad or unable to access your site or property.
In the event of an intruder break-in or the activation of an alarm at your premises RCH will respond immediately, dispatching one of our local units who will posses the keys for your site and be able to enter it to respond to the alert. Our guards will then email a report to our control room which will allow us to formalise the procedure and email the report to the client.
Our 24-hour control room are available to respond to your site needs. We take all the relevant regulations and standards into consideration when storing your keys and ensure only authorised and licensed members of RCH Security Services are able to access them.
RCH Security Services can also offer an out of hours service for your staff if you do not wish us to hold the keys to the premises. We will meet your member of staff at the location and check the premises with them so they are not in any danger, remaining with them until the alarm is reset and the premises are secure or in event of a break in, waiting until the Police arrive.Furthermore, a 24 hour call out service means that even at very short notice an officer can be at the premises ready to carry out the necessary checks.Our officers can turn off lights and equipment, whilst also ensuring that windows and doors are securely closed and locked, reducing energy bills, whilst also securing your site.
